DISCREET BILLING AND PACKAGING

At Sloppy Hippo, we value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white box with no store or product information listed. To protect this even further our return address on your shipping label will not read " Sloppy Hippo". We promise that no mention of product or "Sloppy Hippo" will be displayed on your package.

For international shipments it is required that we list product names and values on the customs forms. In this case if you are outside the US you will see product information but everything else will be the same as above.

SHIPPING CARRIER

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) & FEDEX:

Sloppy Hippo is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We have found USPS and FedEx to be the most cost effective solution for our customers. We currently offer economy and expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and estimated times are received from the shipping carrier and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.

 SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE:

USPS Priority Mail and all FedEx services offer full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once package is shipped, reaches a shipping hub and once the item is delivered, these also include insurance up to $100 in case your package is damaged. USPS First Class Mail also includes tracking but is limited to when the package is shipped and when it is delivered; First Class Shipping does not include any insurance on your package. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

 Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment confirmation is received.

 DELIVERY INFORMATION

 COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT - We greatly appreciate the continued patronage, patience, and understanding of our discerning customers. We are open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! Our normal 24-72 processing hours can take up to 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out. Once a package is ready for shipment, a Tracking email will be automatically sent out and the package will be handed off to USPS or FedEx. All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped out.

 NOTE: Due to COVID-19, USPS and FedEx are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend waiting patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or FedEx delivery person for updates.

PROCESSING 

The standard processing time is 24-72 hours regardless of the shipping method selected. All preparation times are counted in business days. No handling on weekends or on major holidays. Any orders placed during those days will continue processing the following business day.

 USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)

 USPS orders are processed Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are in business days Monday-Friday. USPS orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security.

 USPS Shipping Rates:

 USPS First Class (5-7 business days) - $3.95

 USPS Priority (2-4 business days) - $6.95/$9.95 (for select states)

 Flat Rate Shipping may take up to 14 days in transit.

 Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for prolonged periods of time. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Sloppy Hippo and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).
